Ford’s Grand Arrow

Tennessee Walking Horse with barn name of Arrow

Arrow is a sweet and laid back registered TWHBEA palomino gelding. He is very easy going and calm like his sire and siblings which we have also raised. He has a beautiful silky light golden coat and a thick snow white mane and tail. He has a star and snip that is the shape of a perfect arrow on his nose and one sock. He has great conformation and should mature somewhere between 15.2 and 16 hands.

Arrow has been handled on a daily basis since he was born and his ground manners are excellent. He is the friendliest horse and first to meet you at the gate and follow you around. On April 1st of 2012, Arrow started under saddle with a professional natural horsemanship trainer and is doing extremely well. After three days the trainer stated “Arrow is so gentle, anyone could ride him”. The trainer also said he is “very curious and confident.” This pleasing horse will make for the perfect ride on the trail and take you anywhere.

We give all the horses we breed and raise the personalized attention they need to mature into pleasant mannered horses to own. It is our goal to expose them to as many objects, obstacles and experiences as possible to help them build their confidence and grow. On a regular basis we work on ground manners so our horses are respectful and stand for the farrier or vet and are easy to catch and halter or load/unload in a trailer. All of our horses are well taken care of and are wormed and up to date on their shots. We are proud of our breeding program and we know you would be too if you owned one of our horses.
